On 3rd December 2017, International Disability Day, Ms.Chumki Dutta was awarded by Honorable President Shree Ramnath Kovind in the Category of " Best Employee/Self Employed with Disabilities    in    Locomotor Disability ". It is organized by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. Ms. Chumki Datta is the hands-on entrepreneur of an advertising agency, a right activist for vulnerable communities and an advocate of women empowerment. It was under her insightful leadership that Mastermind Advertising Agency (1993) became pioneering organizations in advertisement agency at a time when Odisha demanded a place in the modern world of the new India.
