On 3rd December 2017, International Disability Day, Ms.Chumki Dutta was awarded by Honorable President Shree Ramnath Kovind in the Category of " Best Employee/Self Employed with Disabilities    in    Locomotor Disability ". It is organized by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. Ms. Chumki Datta is the hands-on entrepreneur of an advertising agency, a right activist for vulnerable communities and an advocate of women empowerment. It was under her insightful leadership that Mastermind Advertising Agency (1993) became pioneering organizations in advertisement agency at a time when Odisha demanded a place in the modern world of the new India. Microsoft Equal Opportunity Awards 2019

Ms. Chumki Datta has received the prestigious "Equal opportunity Awards - 2019" in the category of Individual entrepreneurs for her work with differently-abled.  She has received the award from Mr. Amitabh Kant, CEO, NITI Aayog, and Ms. Shakuntala Gamlin, Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Person with Disabilities (DEPwD), Govt. of India. The Equal Opportunity Awards were instituted in 2014 and recognize organizations and individuals empowering Persons with Disabilities in their workspaces and lifestyles. This  Award is organized by Nipman Foundation with Microsoft as a title partner, is recognized by UNESCO MGIEP and NITI Aayog, Govt. of India. Vriddhi Training cum Production Centre

Vriddhi Vriddhi is a training cum Production Centre managed and owned by differently-abled people. It is established as a Self Help Group [SHG] having all its 25 members from Persons with Disability (PwDs) community including the person with intellectual disability.   A.       Soap Making: Producing 100% Natural & Chemical Free Handmade Soap   Currently, Vriddhi comprises of two parallel units - training, and production. There is a continuous training process for the PWDs for natural handmade herbal soaps, gift items, and aesthetic materials. The trained people, based on their interest, can be transferred to the production unit as an employee or can start their own home-made business.
